A combination of multi-purpose rooms, classrooms, departmental offices and faculty offices are brought together in this new building placed to sit comfortably in the site and be an appropriate and sensitive addition to the front of the campus.
Constraints of the site and the influences of the adjacent Administration building and the University Center help shape the building which parallels the existing curb and parking lot on the south and turns back to form a square plaza in front of the University Center. A curved arcade connecting the new building to the existing University Center is included to complete this front door to the campus and tie this area together architecturally.
