Stone Oak Plaza

Client: Fulcrum Development, Inc
Completion Date: Phase I - 1999 / Phase II - 2003
Project Size: Phase I – 55,000 SF / Phase II – 19,000 SF

Three ornamental steel-topped towers identify this pedestrian-friendly project and provide high-visibility signage aimed at high-speed freeway motorists. Indigenous cut stone finishes, lush landscaping, and tongue-in-groove wood and metal-clad canopies set an upscale tone for the center and provide a pleasant pedestrian environment.  Elsewhere, trellises and awnings provide shade from the South Texas sun while maximizing individual storefront exposure and tenant identity signage..  Parking is carefully integrated with existing and relocated oak trees, and landscaping buffers the presence of the freeway.
