San Antonio “landmarks” provides the background imagery for San Antonio first children’s museum. Alamo helped the new SACM board evaluate sites and existing buildings with the evolving program, settling on the former W. H. Grant department store building. The architects help design infrastructure and several of the 90 exhibits that included a hand powered elevator, relocated airplane fuselage, habitable multi-level concrete cypress tree, 15 foot tall working model of the Edwards Aquifer and the signature logo sign.
