Evoking the rural history and traditions of the Cooperative and using economical and efficient Pre-Engineered Building components the new buildings recall image and vocabulary of the regions rural metal farm structures. With careful massing, proportions, and selective use of color these components are combined to form a modern new expression for the Headquarters while being understated and respectful to the past.

The Administration building is organized into departments surrounding a formal courtyard, sheltered from the wind and framed by trellises, providing an area for group gatherings and informal meetings and events. A large sign atop the Administration Building identifies the Headquarters complex from Highway 69 as well as from the newly extended County Road 52.

The complex features three major structures on 40 acres of land including  the new Headquarters Building, a new Warehouse building, a Truck Repair and Storage facility, a fueling station and large secured areas for storage and lay-down of equipment and inventory.
