Downtown Mixed-Income Apartments Planned

SAHA, Alamo Architects and Franklin Development officials met with neighborhood residents Thursday to discuss their ideas for the proposed apartments, which would stand on more than 3 acres of SAHA-owned property straddling both sides of Labor Street and facing East César E. Chávez Boulevard.
