Trenton Crossing

Trenton Crossing is a multi-phased, mixed-use destination shopping center located in the rapidly growing Rio Grande Valley.

Anchored by national tenants Ross Dress for Less, Beall’s, Marshall’s, Old Navy and Hobby Lobby, while maintaining a healthy mix of local retail and office tenants, the center is a popular regional destination. With 210,000 square feet of retail and 28,000 square feet of second floor office space in Phase I, the center is well positioned to take advantage of the demand for professional lease space in north McAllen.

Phase II adds another 65,000 square feet of retail space and connects Phase I to the recently built Kohl’s Department Store. Ample canopies and landscaping help shade the visitor from the South Texas sun, encouraging shoppers to linger. A sun-washed color palette and decorative detailing enhance the identity of the center, setting it apart from its neighbors.

Phases III and IV are planned for the near future.
