City View

City View is a neighborhood retail center, ideally situated on San Antonio's affluent Northwest Side. A special focus of the center is dining. City View showcases a variety of local and national restaurants; several unique to this center.

The site plan preserves a large group of native trees, along with dramatic natural elevation changes. These features combine to create a preserved natural area, providing an attractive backdrop for outdoor dining, along with a dedicated children's play area.

The architectural expression of the center emphasizes corner tower elements that place the center’s logo in optimum visibility. The towers also serve to visually frame each building component. Suspended canopies add welcome shade for shoppers, and details such as glazed brick add richness and a sense of permanence to the buildings.
