This vertically integrated mixed-use development is the result of a public private partnership with Alamo Colleges. It occupies almost two full blocks of Main Street and establishes the southernmost edge of San Antonio College with four-story structures that house student apartments, ground floor retail, meeting facilities for the Tobin Hill Neighborhood Association, and much needed parking for the college.  The predominantly modern campus architecture features red brick and stucco that The Lofts translates into contemporary urban building forms that clearly define a public realm and pedestrian-friendly environment in place of existing surface parking lots.
