The Belleza

The Belleza at Cresta Bella is a thoughtful response to a unique hilltop site.  Its buildings were designed to visually grow seamlessly out of the site through the use of local stone, dark color, careful and heavily articulated massing, and sheltering roofs with deep overhangs.  Careful site planning maximizes unparalleled views from the individual units, allowing even lower floor units to have access to spectacular vistas. The contemporary interpretation of South Texas vernacular extends to the resort-like clubhouse with its dog-run breezeway entry framed with steel and stone, and clad with cedar and standing seam metal. The two palm-fronded hilltop pool decks are anchored by the architecture and command breathtaking views across the Hill Country.
