OLLU Residence Hall

The new Lake View Apartments is OLLU’s first new co-ed dormitory in more than 20 years.  The 93K+ SF facility accommodates 234 residents in 65 two- and four-bedroom apartment-style suites.  Located adjacent to the new city park along Elmendorf Lake, the Residence Hall includes approximately 5K SF of office and amenity spaces, including an Internet café, fitness and yoga rooms, a multi-purpose room, laundry facilities and study rooms.

Units are configured around a courtyard, which includes amenities such as a sand volleyball court, a gas fire pit and a common use BBQ grill. The units also feature private bedrooms with shared kitchen and living room space and residents share a bathroom with only one other roommate regardless of which floor plan they choose.
