Neiman Marcus at The Domain

Neiman Marcus is a legendary force in luxury retailing world-wide, and tied forever into the folklore and mythology that is true Texas.  We were asked to join forces with them to create a new presence in the Austin, Texas market at The Domain, a mixed use living and shopping destination developed by Simon Properties Group.  Located at the pinnacle of the site and surrounded by primary approach roads to the development, the design addresses the differing views of itself from freeway speed, Main Street views and primary access approaches through scale of differing architectural elements and color and massing.
